Prerequisite

Power Specialization, Weapon Focus (ray), manifester level 12th

Benefit

Your powers that deal damage deal an extra 2 points of damage. This damage stacks with other bonuses on damage rolls to powers, including the one from Power Specialization. The damage bonus applies only if the target or targets are within 30 feet.
