Improved Flyby Attack

[General]

The creature can attack on the wing with increased mobility.

Prerequisite

Flyby Attack, Mobility, Fly speed

Benefit

When flying, the creature can take a move action (including a dive) and another partial action at any point during the move. If this partial action is an attack, the creature provokes no attacks of opportunity by moving through areas threatened by its target. The creature cannot take a second move action during a round when it makes a flyby attack.

Normal

Without this feat, the creature takes a partial action either before or after its move. Even with the Flyby Attack feat, the creature provokes attacks of opportunity by moving through areas threatened by the target of its flyby attack.
