Choose one type of crossbow, such as heavy crossbow, You can fire that type of crossbow as fast as a bow.

Prerequisite

Quick Draw, Rapid Reload*

Benefit

You may fire the selected type of crossbow at your full normal attack rate. Effectively, you can reload your crossbow as fast as an archer can reload a bow. Reloading your crossbow does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Special

You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a different type of crossbow. *This feat is presented in the Nonepic Feats section at the end of this chapter.
