Elf (Elven Court, the Forest of Lethyr, or the Yuirwood), gloamingUND (Sphur Upra), half-elf (Aglarond), halfl ing (Channath Vale or the Western Heartlands), or human (Aglarond, the Dalelands, Tethyr, Turmish, or the Vast)

Benefit

You receive a +1 luck bonus on all saving throws and a +1 luck bonus to Armor Class.

Special

You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character. You may have only one regional feat.
