You served in a local militia, training with weapons suitable for use on the battlefield REGION: Dalelands, Impiltur, Luiren, strongheart halfling.

Benefit

You get Martial Weapon Proficiency (longbow) and Martial Weapon Proficiency (longspear). In Luiren, this feat applies to- Martial Weapon Proficiency (shortbow) and Martial Weapon Proficiency (short sword) instead of longbow and longspear.
