You can adjust your position while maintaining a defensive stance.

Prerequisite

Mobility, Spring Attack, DEX 15, defensive stance 5/day class feature

Benefit

While in a defensive stance, you may take one 5-foot adjustment each round without losing the benefits the stance.

Normal

Without this feat, you can't move while in a defensive stance.
