You can resist poison better than you otherwise could.

Prerequisite

Poison special attack as an extraordinary ability

Benefit

You gain a +2 bonus on saving throws against poison. If a creature of your own kind produces the poison, this bonus increases to +4, assuming that you are not already immune to the poison of your own kind.
