You are skilled at covering yourself with your shield when manifesting psionic powers in combat.

Prerequisite

Concentration 5 ranks, Combat Manifesting, Shield Profi ciency

Benefit

As long as you have a light, heavy, or tower shield ready, you do not provoke attacks of opportunity for manifesting psionic powers in combat.
