Benefit

You can add your strength modifier (instead of your Dexterity modifier) to attack rolls with thrown weapons.

Special

a Fighter can select brutal throw as one of his bonus fighter feats

Normal

a character attacking with a rangedweapon add his Dexterity modifier to the attack roll.
