Benefit

You can move up to your normal speed while using the Hide or Move Silently skill at no penalty.

Special

You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character. You may have only one regional feat.

Normal

A character who moves faster than one-half her normal speed takes a -5 penalty on Hide and Move Silently checks.
