Benefit

You can spend one wild shape to grow gills, enabling you to breathe underwater (while retaining your ability to breathe air). Webbing also grows between your fingers and between your toes, granting you a Swim speed of 40 ft. and a +8 bonus on your Swim checks. The effect lasts for one hour.
