Sorcerer level 5, True dragon, ability to assume humanoid form
Benefit
When using alternate form, you receive up to a +8 bonus to Strength and a +4 bonus to Constitution; these bonuses cannot provide you with a Strength or Constitution score greater than what you possess in dragon form.
Normal
When a dragon is in an alternate form, its physical ability scores are average for its shape.
