You can resist poison better than you otherwise could.

Prerequisite

Poison special attack as an extraordinary ability

Benefit

Your poisonous nature grants you a greater than normal ability to withstand poison attacks. You gain a +2 competence bonus on your Fortitude saves to resist the effects of poison. If a creature of the same kind as you produces the poison, this bonus is +4 instead, assuming that you are not already immune to the poison of your own kind.
