You are so perceptive that you practically have eyes in the back of your head.

Benefit

You take no -5 penalty on Spot checks to notice things in or beyond your fl ank areas. The penalty to notice things in or beyond your rear area is -5.

Special

A fighter may select Combat Awareness as one of his fighter bonus feats (see page 38 of the Player's Handbook).

Normal

The penalty on Spot checks in or beyond your flank areas is 5; on Spot checks in or beyond your rear area, it's -10.
