Prerequisite

Truespeak 9 ranks, abiliry to speak uttera nces

Benefit

if the utterance is successful, all the variable, numeric effects of the utterance are increased by one-half. Saving throws and opposed rolls are not affected, nor are spells without random variables. An empowered utterance has a Truespeak DC 10 higher than normal.
