As long as at least one of the eleven bells that adorn this bracelet remain, it provides a +2 competence bonus on Perform checks.
The bells are easily detached, allowing you to remove and throw one up to 40 feet. When it reaches the end of its trajectory, the bell explodes in a sound burst, as the spell. Once activated, a bell is expended and cannot be used again.
When the last bell is removed, the bracelet loses all magic.
